About The Role

We are seeking a passionate and creative Junior UI/UX Designer to join our remote team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will support the entire design lifecycle, from conducting user research and developing wireframes to creating high-fidelity prototypes and facilitating seamless developer handoffs. You will work closely with product leads, developers, and cross-functional teams to craft intuitive and engaging user experiences. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design, including internships and academic projects
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Figma or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience in creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Knowledge of user research, usability testing, and insight analysis
• Ability to develop user personas, journey maps, and information architecture
• Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas and collaborating with teams
• Basic understanding of design systems and contribution to maintaining consistency
• Optional familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML/CSS

Responsibilities

• Design support by creating wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes for new features and enhancements
• Develop and maintain user interface components ensuring consistency across product touchpoints and adherence to the design system
• Utilize AI-assisted design tools to streamline workflows, enhance ideation, and improve productivity
• Organize and prepare design assets for development teams, ensuring accuracy and comprehensive documentation
• Participate in user research activities including surveys, interviews, and usability testing to gather actionable insights
• Create user personas, journey maps, and information architecture to inform design decisions
• Analyze user feedback and industry trends to identify opportunities for design improvements
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with technical specifications
• Present design concepts and rationale to team members and stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively
• Prepare detailed design specifications and maintain organized documentation for seamless development handoff
• Stay updated on emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, exploring AI-driven solutions to enhance creativity and efficiency
