Role Description
We are looking for a Marketing Communications Manager who will own day-to-day marketing execution across social, content, email, launches, partner communications, and analytics. This is a hands-on role for someone who can write clearly, move fast, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and turn complex concepts into sharp, clear and well-distributed communication across channels. You will work closely with the team on product launches, partnership announcements, social content, blog distribution, email campaigns, community announcements, amplification, and performance tracking.

- Own day-to-day marketing communication across X, LinkedIn, blog, email, Discord, Telegram, and partner channels
- Draft, edit, and publish social posts, threads, articles, emails, announcements, and launch content
- Coordinate product launches, partnership announcements, and content campaigns from draft to publication
- Identify relevant industry conversations and prepare comments, quote tweets, and amplification opportunities
- Coordinate partner, investor, KOL, and internal team amplification for major launches
- Track performance across social, email, website, and product analytics, and summarize key insights
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in marketing communications, content, social media, growth, or related roles
- Strong written English and ability to write clear, polished, audience-specific copy
- Experience managing X, LinkedIn, email, blog, or community channels
- Ability to turn technical product concepts into simple and compelling communication

Compensation and work schedule
Fully remote position with a 6-day workweek, 12h per day on average. Compensation in USD + equity.
The role is best suited for someone comfortable with a fast-moving startup environment, active launch schedules, and hands-on marketing execution across multiple channels.
