Role Description

This is a remote role for a Senior QA Engineer specializing in both manual and automation testing. The Senior QA Engineer will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, performing manual and automated tests, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality. This position requires a proactive approach to quality assurance, with a focus on maintaining high standards and improving the efficiency of testing processes.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Test Execution, Manual Testing, and designing effective Test Cases
  • Strong expertise in Quality Assurance and Software Testing methodologies
  • Experience in identifying and reporting defects and ensuring comprehensive test coverage
  • Familiarity with automation testing tools and frameworks is an advantage
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience


What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

  • 3–4 years of QA or software testing experience
  • Strong manual and exploratory testing skills
  • Technical enough to understand APIs, logs, and system behavior
  • Strong eye for UX, workflows, and product usability
  • Ability to think critically about how users interact with software
  • Experience using tools like Postman, Jira, GitHub, or similar
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment


Nice to Have

  • Experience testing AI or computer vision products
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, Docker, or Kubernetes
  • Basic scripting knowledge
