Senior Cloud Engineer - Healthcare Data Processing

Are you an experienced cloud engineer who enjoys building scalable AWS applications, modern APIs, and event-driven systems?

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to support the modernization of large-scale healthcare transaction processing and backend data platforms. This role focuses on developing cloud-native applications, integrating AWS-managed services, and building distributed systems that process and deliver critical data securely and efficiently.

This is a 100% remote opportunity.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services
• Build cloud-native applications within AWS environments
• Develop event-driven and asynchronous workflows using AWS-managed services
• Integrate applications with APIs, data pipelines, and cloud-based platforms
• Create scalable solutions utilizing AWS services including:
• Lambda
• SQS
• SNS
• EventBridge
• API Gateway
• DynamoDB
• S3
• ECS/EKS
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code

• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and data-processing challenges
