Graphic Designer - AI Training (Remote Contract)

Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Graphic Designer to work on a contractor basis. This person will apply their expertise to help train next-generation AI systems by creating high-quality, real-world input through visually distinct and compliant designs. The Graphic Designer will work on editing and transforming provided documents, redesigning pitch decks and presentations, and leveraging their expertise in design tools to elevate the overall visual impact of slides, all within the technology industry. The goal of this role is to shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and transform provided documents to create visually distinct and compliant designs that meet the required standards.

• Redesign pitch decks and presentations, ensuring a fresh and polished look while maintaining content integrity and consistency.

• Leverage expertise in PowerPoint and other design tools, such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, to elevate the overall visual impact of slides and documents.

• Collaborate with remote teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs and presentations.

• Apply attention to detail and layout design skills to ensure visual consistency and quality in all design outputs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in design tools such as PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop, with the ability to apply these skills to create high-quality designs.

• Experience in pitch deck design, presentation design, and visual branding, with a strong understanding of corporate document design principles.

• Strong attention to detail and layout design skills, with the ability to maintain visual consistency and quality in all design outputs.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams and manage projects independently.

• Strong project management and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
