About The Role

Credes is seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. This is a fully remote, paid opportunity where you'll work on meaningful client and in-house projects that directly impact user experience and product success.

If you're someone who thrives on creating intuitive, user-centered designs and has a strong command of Figma, we want to hear from you. This role offers the perfect blend of creative freedom, hands-on experience, and mentorship from seasoned design professionals.

You'll be designing digital products, crafting seamless user flows, building interactive prototypes, and contributing to a design system that scales. Your work will shape how users interact with our platforms and help define our visual identity.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in UI/UX design principles, with proficiency in industry-standard tools and a portfolio demonstrating relevant work. A background in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Visual Communication, or related fields is preferred, along with practical experience in digital design projects.

Advanced skills in Figma, including designing, prototyping, and managing design systems, are essential. Candidates should have at least 1+ years of experience working with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, showcasing their ability to create visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces.

An understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy is crucial for creating effective designs. The ability to think through complete user journeys, solve complex UX challenges, and iterate based on feedback is highly valued. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are also important. Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or basic front-end development is considered a plus.

• Design clean, intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
