The opportunity
We're hiring our CEO: the person who will run Rediacc and build the company around the product. This is a rare early seat. You'll set commercial direction, raise our next round, build the go-to-market motion from the ground up, and grow the team, while our founder moves full-time to engineering and product.
You won't be supporting a CEO. You will be the CEO, with real ownership and decision-making authority. If you want to build something from the early days, shape it, and share in the upside, this is that seat.

What you'll own
- Run the company: day-to-day leadership, priorities, budget, and building and leading the team.
- Fundraising and investor relations: own the raise end to end, including the investor pipeline, relationships, the narrative, and closing our next round.
- Sales and marketing (GTM): build the commercial engine from scratch, including positioning, pricing, the first sales motion, and our earliest customers and pilots.
- Operations: the practical running of an early-stage company, and hiring as we grow.
About you
- A track record of commercial and operational leadership. You've run a company or a major commercial function and made the decisions, not just executed someone else's plan.
- Fundraising experience. You've raised from (or built credible relationships with) VCs and angels, and you can carry a narrative into the room.
- Sales and marketing ability. You can build a B2B go-to-market motion early and hands-on.
- Comfort with technical products. Preferred: a background in, or strong grasp of, infrastructure, DevOps, cloud, data platforms or developer tools (the kind of systems Rediacc is built on), so you can represent and sell the product credibly.
- Early-stage mindset. You thrive with ambiguity and a lean budget, and you're motivated by ownership and upside, not just cash.

- Based in Estonia. You live in and work from Estonia (remote, no office, self-directed).
- Fluent in Estonian and English. Estonian is essential for this role; English is our working language.
Compensation, honest and startup-real
We're early and pre-revenue, so we'll be straight with you:
- Base salary: €55,000 to €65,000. We'd love to pay more, and we intend to as we grow.
- A meaningful equity stake (in the 3 to 5 percent range), vesting over four years with a one-year cliff. You build the company, you own a real piece of it.
- A compensation review at six months, with a meaningful uplift expected as we close our next funding round.
- The real draw: a genuine chance to build a company from the early days, collaboratively, with the upside that comes with being there first.
