We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Director to lead and scale our global recruitment strategy, oversee hiring operations, and build a best-in-class talent acquisition function.

You will shape how we attract top talent, partner with executive leadership, and ensure hiring aligns with business growth objectives.

• Define and lead the overall talent acquisition strategy across the organization
• Build, mentor, and manage the recruitment team and hiring managers
• Partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for senior and executive roles

• Develop scalable sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives
• Implement recruitment metrics, analytics, and performance reporting
• Improve candidate experience and hiring process efficiency
• Establish best practices for interviewing, selection, and onboarding
• Manage external recruitment partners and executive search firms
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies, labor regulations, and DEI initiatives

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• 7–10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment leadership, or HR management
• Proven experience leading recruitment teams and hiring strategies at scale
• Strong executive hiring and stakeholder management experience
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
