You will shape how we attract top talent, partner with executive leadership, and ensure hiring aligns with business growth objectives.
🚀 What You’ll Do- Define and lead the overall talent acquisition strategy across the organization
- Build, mentor, and manage the recruitment team and hiring managers
- Partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for senior and executive roles
- Develop scalable sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives
- Implement recruitment metrics, analytics, and performance reporting
- Improve candidate experience and hiring process efficiency
- Establish best practices for interviewing, selection, and onboarding
- Manage external recruitment partners and executive search firms
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies, labor regulations, and DEI initiatives

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 7–10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment leadership, or HR management
- Proven experience leading recruitment teams and hiring strategies at scale
- Strong executive hiring and stakeholder management experience
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
- Deep understanding of recruitment metrics, workforce planning, and employer branding
- Experience with ATS platforms and HR technologies
- Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
- Experience in multinational or fast-scaling organizations is a plus
