We are seeking a talented, self-driven Full-Stack Developer specializing in Flutter and Python to help scale and optimize our platform. In this role, you will bridge the gap between elegant user experiences and robust, AI-driven backend systems. You will have a direct impact on shaping a fast-growing FinTech product, collaborating with a cross-functional team to deploy scalable features in a high-velocity environment.
- End-to-End Development: Design, build, and maintain responsive, high-performance user interfaces using Flutter, and scalable server-side architectures using Python.
- AI Integration: Leverage AI orchestration tools (including Claude Code) and integrate machine learning models to power Theo’s analytical capabilities.
- System Optimization: Ensure seamless data flow and integration between real-time financial data feeds, backend APIs, and the frontend ecosystem.
- UI/UX Excellence: Implement beautiful, intuitive, and highly usable designs that make complex financial data easy to digest.
- Performance & Security: Troubleshoot system bottlenecks, optimize database queries, and implement secure, scalable solutions for sensitive financial data.

- Technical Expertise: Proven experience in Full-Stack development with a strong portfolio in Flutter (Web/Mobile) and Python (Backend frameworks).
