Job Description

Growth Product Manager

$200,000 – $260,000 + Equity + Benefits + Relocation Assistance + PTO

San Francisco, CA – On-site

Are you a data-driven Growth Product Manager looking to join a very promising startup in an environment with little bureaucracy and fast iteration? Do you want to help build and optimize the core engine of an AI assistant that is genuinely changing how people manage their working lives?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing Series B AI startup backed by top-tier investors. The team is building the world's most powerful AI executive assistant — a proactive, iMessage-native assistant that manages inboxes, preps meetings, handles scheduling, and takes action across email, calendar, Slack, and 100+ other tools before users even have to ask.

As part of a small, high-caliber team, you'll take ownership of our product-led growth funnel end-to-end - optimizing everything from acquisition and onboarding all the way through activation, retention, and monetization. The team runs lean by design, which means you'll move fast, run rigorous experiments, and feel the impact of your work directly on our user metrics.

You'll collaborate closely with the founder, engineering, design, and GTM teams, and grow quickly in an environment that combines high expectations with high trust.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role perfect for growth leaders who possess a unique blend of analytical depth, marketing instinct, and product vision.

The Role

  • Identify, prioritize, and execute opportunities to drive growth across acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, monetization, and referrals
  • Dive deep into analytics to understand user behavior, segment audiences, uncover growth levers, and build frameworks to track performance
  • Design and execute rigorous A/B tests and growth experiments, analyzing results to extract insights and scale winning initiatives
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and GTM to build and launch growth features such as templates, viral loops, marketplaces, and usage incentives
  • Maintain a highly organized and methodical experiment backlog that keeps fast-moving initiatives on schedule
  • Work in person 4 days a week from the San Francisco office

The Person

  • Proven experience in growth product management, product marketing, product management, or data analytics
  • Strong data proficiency, including hands-on experience with SQL, product analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel), and running structured experiments
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast, with a track record of finding creative solutions and getting your hands dirty with limited resources
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to manage stakeholders across technical and go-to-market teams
  • Prior experience in high-growth startup environments, consumer apps, prosumer productivity tools, or AI/ML companies with usage-based pricing models (preferred)
