What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and grow a portfolio of business clients in the German market
• Consult companies on their digital advertising strategies and campaign performance
• Create, optimize, and monitor PPC campaigns
• Conduct outbound business development activities and identify new opportunities
• Upsell advertising solutions to help clients achieve their goals
• Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer insights
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend data-driven improvements

What We're Looking For

✔ Fluent German (C2 level) and strong English skills

✔ Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or account management

✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills

✔ Experience working with CRM platforms and customer portfolios

✔ Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach

✔ Knowledge of digital marketing, PPC campaigns, and online advertising ecosystems

✔ Understanding of GDPR and data privacy regulations
