Senior React Native Developer - AI Systems Training (Remote)

Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a React Native Developer to work on a contract basis. In this role, you will apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input in the technology industry. Your work will have a direct impact on the development of frontier AI models, and you will collaborate remotely with a diverse team to deliver actionable insights on user experience and UI/UX patterns. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of AI systems without requiring prior experience in AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert-level feedback and insight on complex React Native applications and workflows to improve the performance of AI models.

• Evaluate, review, and annotate sample code, design patterns, and best practices within mobile development to identify areas for improvement.

• Identify and document challenges specific to cross-platform mobile development using React Native to contribute to the continuous improvement of AI systems.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI systems by supplying high-quality, detailed examples and explanations to train next-generation AI models.

• Collaborate remotely with a diverse team to deliver actionable insights on user experience and UI/UX patterns to enhance the development of AI systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in React Native development, with a deep understanding of mobile development principles and best practices.

• Ability to evaluate, review, and annotate sample code, design patterns, and best practices within mobile development to provide high-quality feedback.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and document challenges specific to cross-platform mobile development using React Native.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate remotely with a diverse team and participate in structured discussions to articulate technical rationale.

• Ability to contribute to the continuous improvement of AI systems by supplying high-quality, detailed examples and explanations to train next-generation AI models.
