Job Description
Posted by The Growth Project on behalf of our client β a confidential brand hire. Brand name disclosed at first conversation.
We're a 7-figure UK womenswear brand in a pivotal scaling phase, and we're looking for someone genuinely rare: a hands-on creative who can also run the marketing function.
The visual identity of this brand is its most valuable asset. We're not looking for someone to brief the work β we want someone who'll make the work. The emails, the campaign visuals, the product page layouts, the Instagram grid β designed by you, not outsourced by you.
If you're a Marketing Manager who works through agencies and graphic designers, this isn't your role. If you're a designer-marketer hybrid who's been waiting for a brand where you actually get to shape everything visual, keep reading.
What you'll own
- Design and creative direction. You'll be the visual eye of the brand. Email designs, landing page imagery, campaign visuals, social assets, on-site graphics, occasional print collateral. Across the whole brand.
- Retention (email & SMS). Klaviyo is your home. You'll design the emails, write the copy, build the flows, send the campaigns. End to end.
- Site & e-commerce. Building and improving Shopify pages β landing pages, PDPs, collection pages, seasonal launches. You're hands-on in the theme editor, not waiting on a developer for every change.

You are
- 5+ years in a hands-on creative or marketing role within DTC fashion. Category experience is non-negotiable. You know how a fashion calendar moves, what good product styling looks like, and what makes womenswear customers buy.
- A strong, working designer. Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva β these are daily tools for you, not occasional ones. You can show us emails, landing pages, and campaign visuals you've designed yourself.
- Genuinely strong in Shopify. You build pages. You restructure collections. You know your way around the theme editor, metafields, and apps.
- Genuinely strong in Klaviyo. You've built flows, designed templates, run campaigns, segmented audiences.
- A natural writer too. Subject lines, headlines, on-site copy, captions. You can hold a brand voice consistently.
- A confident remote operator. Self-directed, organised, comfortable owning outcomes without being managed to them.
