They are seeking an Application Security Analyst with a strong emphasis on application security and a solid understanding of Java, C++, and C# to support a global telecommunications project based in Valencia, Spain.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluating business requirements, and reviewing software architecture.
- Performing source code reviews, and conducting static (SAST) and dynamic (DAST) security testing.
- Review and conduct penetration testing on software.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to remedy security vulnerabilities in code.
- Bring expertise in code review and a deep understanding of modern application architecture and programming languages, particularly Java, C++ or C#.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, IT, mathematics, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in application security.
- Previous experience in code review and penetration testing. Strong knowledge of information security principles and practices, including data protection.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
