This role sits at the core of performance-driven digital marketing, supporting SEO campaigns for a diverse portfolio of brands across the United States and Europe. You will play a key part in improving organic visibility, driving traffic growth, and directly influencing client business outcomes through data-backed SEO strategies. Working in a fast-paced agency environment, you will combine analytical thinking with hands-on execution across keyword research, on-page optimization, and content strategy. The role requires curiosity, precision, and strong problem-solving skills to turn data into actionable recommendations. You will collaborate closely with project managers and SEO strategists while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Accountabilities

Support the execution and optimization of SEO campaigns by conducting research, analyzing performance data, and delivering actionable recommendations that improve organic search visibility and client outcomes.

  • Optimize on-page content and support content development through briefs, metadata, and structured recommendations
  • Perform Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tool analysis to monitor performance and identify trends
  • Develop data-driven reports and documents with clear, actionable SEO insights and recommendations
  • Support technical SEO learning and audits to identify and resolve site performance issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure SEO deliverables align with broader content and marketing strategies
  • Manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy

Requirements

This role requires at least 1 year of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in an agency or fast-paced digital marketing environment. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about search engine optimization and digital growth.

  • Minimum 1 year of SEO experience, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content brief creation
  • Strong understanding of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to produce clear metadata and content copy
  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Ability to manage deadlines effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Passion for digital marketing, continuous learning, and staying updated on SEO trends
  • Experience in agency environments or working with U.S.-based clients is a strong plus
