Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE - Enterprise AI) - Relocation to Dubai - must relocate 🇦🇪

We're partnered with a Series B Enterprise AI start-up ($200m+ raised) focused on deploying AI into some of the world's largest enterprises, solving real operational challenges and driving measurable business outcomes.

We're supporting their expansion into the GCC region, and looking to hire multiple, truly high-performing Forward Deployed Engineers to sit at the intersection of software engineering, Applied AI & customer delivery.

This is a highly technical, customer-facing role where you'll work directly with enterprise stakeholders to understand complex workflows, build AI solutions around them, and deploy them into production.

Build agents, design architecture, leverage frontier models, lead implementation & deployment into production.

Comp: circa AED 50k per month (~€140k per year tax-free) + equity + medical & visa for you & dependants

What You'll Be Doing

• Working directly with enterprise customers to understand their operations, processes, and business challenges
• Designing and implementing AI-powered solutions tailored to customer environments

• Building end-to-end applications, integrations, and workflows that connect AI systems into existing enterprise technology stacks
• Deploying and scaling LLM, agentic, and automation solutions in production environments
• Acting as a trusted technical partner to customers, translating business problems into working software
• Collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to influence the platform based on real customer needs
• Owning projects from initial discovery through deployment and ongoing iteration

What We're Looking For

• Strong software engineering &/or AI Engineering background with experience building and deploying production systems
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies such as LLMs, agents, RAG architectures, vector databases, or AI orchestration frameworks
• Strong with Python, Node.js or Typescript
• Experience integrating software with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and business applications
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Someone who enjoys being close to customers and solving ambiguous, high-impact problems
