Business Analyst - Financial Services / Insurance Domain

Location: Multiple client locations across USA (Open to relocation)

Employment Type: Full-time (W2 only, No C2C)

Experience: 9+ Years

Work Model: Hybrid / Onsite based on client requirements


Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in Financial Services and/or Insurance. The ideal candidate will have experience gathering business requirements, working with stakeholders, analyzing business processes, and supporting enterprise technology initiatives.

The successful candidate will serve as a liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops
  • Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), process flows, and user stories
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders
  • Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user acceptance testing
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
  • Assist in implementation, validation, and production support activities

Required Qualifications

  • 9+ years of Business Analysis experience
  • Strong experience within Financial Services and/or Insurance domains
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience creating user stories, workflows, process maps, and business documentation
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
