The Role: Strategic Integrator:

Our CEO is the Visionary. He holds the narrative and the long-term growth strategy.


We are looking for a Marketing Growth Operations Integrator to serve as the "Chief of Staff" for our revenue engine. Your job is to take the CEO’s strategic briefs and high-level directives and turn them into live, tracked, and optimized marketing systems.


You are a "figure-it-out" operator who loves building the machinery that drives growth. You don't just manage tasks; you own the outcome.


What You Will Own:

GHL Command Center: You own the GoHighLevel (GHL) environment. You are responsible for the architecture of our funnels, automated email/SMS nurtures, and CRM hygiene.

Full-Cycle Campaign Launch: You take high-level creative direction and launch campaigns from A to Z across LinkedIn, Meta, and Email. You use AI to repurpose core content into high-converting copy and assets.

Operational Analytics: You provide the "Truth in the Numbers." You build and monitor dashboards to track CPA, Lead Quality, and Sales Rep productivity, providing the CEO with the data needed to make informed pivots. You also make recommendations as to the optimal direction.

Resource & Vendor Management: You are a force multiplier. You identify, hire, and manage specialized freelancers (video editors, designers, etc.) to ensure 10/10 quality and deadline adherence.

Market Research: You conduct deep-dive research into investor psychology and competitor moves to ensure our messaging remains sharp and effective.

AI Power User: You don't just use AI; you have integrated it into your daily workflow to achieve 10x output and creative success.

Proactive Integrator: You move with speed and precision. You don't wait for micro-instructions; you drive projects to completion based on high-level goals.


Compensation:

Base Salary: $85,000 – $110,000 (Based on technical depth and experience).

Location: 100% Remote.
