Job Description
Product Owner – Health Insurance Solutions
Salary Range: 3 500 – 4500 €/month (gross)
As the Product Owner (PO) for our next‑generation health‑insurance software, you own the product’s success from vision and roadmap through profitable delivery and long‑term client satisfaction. You translate strategic goals and complex stakeholder needs into a clear, actionable backlog and partner with an Agile squad to turn that backlog into production‑ready increments. Acting as the single point of truth between business, customers, and development, you ensure that every sprint maximises value and keeps the product competitive in a rapidly changing market.
· Build and continuously refine a transparent product roadmap and backlog that balance profitability, regulatory compliance, and user experience. Prioritise items by business value, effort, and risk, and ensure acceptance criteria are crisp and testable.
· Lead backlog grooming and sprint ceremonies, clarify requirements on demand, and accept completed work; guarantee each sprint delivers potentially releasable increments.
· Gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders; convert it into epics, user stories, and success metrics while managing expectations on scope, timeline, and ROI.
· Monitor product P&L, pricing, and adoption metrics; trigger pivots or experiments to hit revenue and margin targets.
· Stay ahead of health‑insurance legislation and market trends; translate changes into product requirements and release plans.
· Use analytics, A/B tests, and user interviews to validate hypotheses and sharpen product‑market fit.
