The Role
We are seeking a Lead Design Engineer with a strong foundation in UI/UX design and iOS development. This role is ideal for someone who has evolved from design into engineering (or vice versa) and thrives in fast-moving, highly collaborative environments.
You’ll work at the intersection of design, product, and development, helping shape intuitive user experiences while supporting a large, cross-functional engineering team (~20 developers).
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design across mobile (iOS) and web applications
- Rapidly prototype and iterate using Figma, Sketch, or similar tools
- Translate product requirements into high-impact, user-centered designs
- Collaborate closely with engineers to bring designs to life in iOS applications
- Drive design consistency and scalability across a growing engineering team
- Contribute to and evolve design systems and reusable UI patterns
- Play a key role in shaping user experience for next-generation, enterprise-grade products

What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio of mobile and web work
- Hands-on experience with or strong understanding of iOS development (Swift/SwiftUI or UIKit)
- Expertise in rapid prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.)
- Experience working in enterprise or large-scale product environments
