About Stickyy

Stickyy is a full-service digital marketing agency founded in 2014 and based in New Delhi, specialising in luxury and upper-upscale hospitality - hotels, resorts, and F&B brands. We're looking for a Social Media Manager who can own the day-to-day of our hospitality clients' social presence - turning beautiful properties into brands people want to book.


The Role

You'll be the person who keeps our clients' social channels sharp, consistent, and on-brand. That means owning the content calendar, briefing creative, scheduling and publishing, engaging with audiences, and reporting on what's working. You'll work closely with our account managers, content team, and performance marketers to make sure every post pulls its weight.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is organised, has a strong eye for aesthetics, and understands how luxury brands speak.


What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

  • Strong writing skills and a clear eye for visual storytelling and brand aesthetics
  • Comfortable managing multiple accounts and deadlines at once without dropping balls
  • Working knowledge of scheduling and analytics tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Later, Sprout, or similar)
  • Solid grasp of organic growth, engagement, and platform algorithms
  • Self-driven and dependable — this is a remote role, so you'll need to manage your own time well
  • Clear, concise communicator
