Blue Shed Group is inviting experienced People & Culture, HR, Learning & Development, Organisational Development, and leadership professionals to explore a remote independent consulting role within the personal and professional development sector.

This role is designed for someone who has built strong experience inside organisations and is now looking for a more autonomous professional path. You may have worked as an HR leader, People & Culture Consultant, L&D Manager, OD Partner, Talent Leader, Leadership Development professional, or senior people-focused advisor.

You will be working within an established global framework, supported by structured systems, digital tools, training, and a professional peer community.

Your responsibilities may include:

Lead structured introductory conversations to understand background, goals, motivation, and suitability before guiding appropriate next steps.

🔵 Leadership and development positioning

Communicate the value of personal development, self-leadership, performance growth, and professional transformation in a clear and credible way.

◇ Client pathway support

Support suitable individuals through an established information and decision process using provided systems, presentations, and follow-up frameworks.

🔵 Ongoing learning and collaboration

Participate in regular training, leadership development, and peer learning sessions with a wider international professional community.

This role may suit someone with experience in one or more of the following areas:

People & Culture, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Executive Coaching or Facilitation, Business Consulting, Change Management, Recruitment or Workforce Strategy, Senior Client Engagement

You will likely bring:

◇ 7+ years of professional experience in a people, leadership, HR, consulting, or client-facing role

◇ Strong communication and relationship-building skills

◇ Confidence speaking with senior professionals

◇ A consultative, thoughtful and professional style

◇ Interest in personal development, leadership growth, and performance improvement

◇ Ability to work independently and manage your own time

◇ Comfort using digital platforms, CRM tools, video calls, and online communication
