Job Description


At Shuttle99, we combine the agility of a startup with the impact of a global FinTech company. Our mission is to reshape the financial landscape through smart, tech-driven solutions- and we’re looking for a junior Digital Marketing specialist to join us.


This is a learning-focused role with a strong emphasis on social media, where you’ll play an active role in supporting organic growth across our channels. Over time, you’ll also get exposure to other areas of digital marketing, including paid campaigns, email marketing, and basic analytics, as your skills develop. You don’t need years of experience, but you do need curiosity, creativity, and the willingness to dive in and learn quickly.


Tasks

  • Support the marketing team across a range of digital marketing and communication activities.

  • Assist with preparing, adapting and organizing content for different online channels and audiences.

  • Contribute ideas that help improve the visibility, consistency and overall performance of our digital presence.

  • Research market developments, competitors, industry trends and new content opportunities.

  • Collaborate with different team members and gain hands-on exposure to how marketing operates within a global FinTech environment.


Requirements

  • Fluency in English

  • A genuine interest in digital marketing and eagerness to learn.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Twitter/X, LinkedIn).

  • Curiosity about Social Media, SEO and a willingness to learn best practices.

  • Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
