Role Description This is a remote, contract Business Analyst role. The Business Analyst will work with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather and document requirements, and translate them into clear functional specifications. Daily tasks include analyzing existing business processes, identifying gaps or inefficiencies, and proposing data-driven improvements across technology and security-focused initiatives. The role involves facilitating meetings and workshops, preparing business and process documentation, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure solutions meet defined requirements. The Business Analyst will also support testing, validation, and change management activities to help deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

- Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
