About the Role
We are seeking a Blockchain Developer (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on blockchain development, smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), Web3 infrastructure, cryptographic systems, and distributed ledger technologies.
In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated outputs related to blockchain architecture, smart contract development, protocol design, decentralized systems, token standards, and technical problem-solving workflows. Your expertise will help improve AI systems designed for software engineering, blockchain intelligence, code generation, and technical reasoning.
This position is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience building blockchain applications, developing smart contracts, and working with Web3 ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Create deliverables addressing common blockchain development and software engineering scenarios
- Annotate and evaluate AI-generated code, technical solutions, architecture designs, and development workflows
- Assess AI outputs for technical accuracy, code quality, security, scalability, and logical reasoning
- Review AI-generated smart contracts, blockchain protocols, decentralized applications, and infrastructure designs
- Identify coding errors, security vulnerabilities, performance issues, architectural weaknesses, and implementation gaps in AI-generated solutions
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI performance in blockchain and software engineering workflows
- Support projects involving smart contract development, blockchain integration, decentralized systems, and protocol engineering
- Review peer-developed deliverables to maintain quality and consistency standards
- Contribute domain expertise to improve AI systems focused on blockchain development and technical problem-solving

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Blockchain Development, Web3 Development, Smart Contract Engineering, or Software Engineering
- Strong proficiency in at least one blockchain ecosystem such as Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, Avalanche, Hyperledger, or similar platforms
- Experience developing and deploying smart contracts using Solidity, Rust, Vyper, or related technologies
- Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, cryptography, token standards, and decentralized systems
- Experience with blockchain development frameworks, APIs, SDKs, testing tools, and deployment pipelines
- Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi), NFTs, DAOs, digital asset infrastructure, or blockchain-based applications
- Strong analytical thinking, debugging skills, and attention to detail
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated code and technical outputs for accuracy and quality
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
