  • Support patching, logging, and compliance tasks (SOC 2, ISO, HIPAA).
  • Work with security engineers to maintain audit readiness.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Solid op erational knowledge of AWS (EC2, RDS, IAM, S3, CloudWatch).
  • Hands-on experience with MongoDB/RDS Aurora in production environments.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation (ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
  • Strong scripting ability (Python, Bash, or similar).
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Splunk, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Operations-first: enjoys ensuring systems run smoothly and reliably.
  • Detail-oriented: diligent in monitoring, troubleshooting, and documenting.
