The role

You’ll own automated execution — the space between our platform producing an optimised plan and that plan actually running in-market.

Today, that space is held together by disconnected tools, manual processes, and a lot of effort from smart people who deserve better infrastructure. Your job is to build it.

While automated execution is your domain, you'll work across all steps — shaping the product vision, feeding insights from execution back into planning and measurement, and helping build the end-to-end loop that makes the system work.


The problem


Marketing execution is broken in a way that everyone in the industry knows and nobody has fixed.


A plan gets made. Then it passes through a chain of disconnected systems — different platforms, different formats, different timelines. Budgets get locked in weeks before a campaign runs. When something isn’t working, the tools make it slow to respond.


Not because the people aren’t good — because the infrastructure doesn’t exist.


The gap between “knowing what to do” and “actually doing it” is where most of the value leaks out. Billions of dollars, every year, lost to friction and fragmented tooling.


We think that gap is a product problem. And we think we’re in the best position in the market to solve it.


If you’ve ever looked at the gap between marketing strategy and marketing execution and thought “why is there no infrastructure here” — that’s the job.


What you’ll do


We’re not going to describe the solution here — that’s your job to figure out.

What we’ll tell you is the starting position: we have a measurement engine that knows what’s working, a planning system that produces optimised media plans, and a growing base of global brands who trust both.


What we don’t have yet is the product that takes the output and makes it real in-market — fast, reliably, and without the friction that currently makes every change harder than it should be.

You’ll define what that product is. You’ll ship it. And you’ll own how it evolves.


What we’re looking for


You’ve built data-intensive products and shipped them. You’ve worked in systems that connect to messy external ecosystems via APIs. You know what it takes to make unreliable things reliable.

Beyond that, we care about how you think:


  • You’re energised by unsolved problems. This isn’t a role where you’re handed a spec. You’ll need to figure out the right approach, make bets, and adapt when you’re wrong.
  • You’re ruthless about scope. You can say “not now” and back it up with reasoning. You’d rather ship a small thing that moves a number than spec a big thing that sits in review.
  • You use AI as a power tool. You prototype with it, draft with it, validate logic with it before engineering commits. This isn’t a nice-to-have — it’s how we expect PMs to work here.
  • You own your space completely. We don’t have product ops or project managers between you and the problem. You talk to customers, you work directly with engineers, you make the call.


About the team


We're around 60 people. The product team is small, intentionally. PMs here take complete ownership over the entirety of their space, not just a small slice. You'll work directly with engineering, design, data science, and customer teams — there's no layer of product ops or project management between you and the problem.


The bigger picture


This isn’t a role where the product is figured out, and you’re optimising conversion rates. We’re mid-build on something genuinely new in marketing technology.

The execution layer is the piece that makes the whole thing real and works well with our agency partners and customers.
