Job Description

Head of Marketing

Full-Time | Hybrid | New York, NY

Compensation: $200,000 - $250,000 (Higher for exceptional candidates)

About This Role

We are looking for a Head of Marketing with 8-15 years of experience to own how the company shows up to the world, from health insurance plans and state partners to the broader cultural conversation about teen mental health.

You are a builder-marketer with real range, equally credible setting brand strategy and digging into campaign performance data. You'll set the narrative and personality of the brand and make it real across content, conferences, performance, and commercial marketing.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Own brand positioning, narrative, and voice, building a brand that earns attention and becomes culturally relevant in the youth mental health space.
  • Build and run the commercial demand engine: develop content, campaigns, thought leadership, and ABM strategy targeting CMOs, behavioral health directors, and procurement leads at health plans and state agencies.
  • Drive PR and earned media, landing stories that put the company at the center of the youth mental health conversation and making the brand the one reporters call first.
  • Create sales enablement materials and positioning that give the commercial team a clear, compelling edge through long enterprise sales cycles.
  • Stand up marketing infrastructure, including playbooks, content calendars, lead nurture programs, LinkedIn presence, and conference strategy that keeps the company top of mind with payer partners.
