Role Description As a remote Community Manager at A Mind For You Services, you will cultivate an engaged, supportive, and values-aligned community around MIRA and the broader A Mind For You ecosystem. You will manage and moderate online groups and platforms, respond to member questions, and foster meaningful conversations that reinforce the company’s mission and framework. You will plan and execute community engagement initiatives such as live Q&As, group challenges, event discussions, and feedback loops for product and program improvements. You will collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate community insights into content ideas, product enhancements, and new offerings. You will also track key community metrics, document best practices, and help create a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment for members at all stages of their personal growth journey.

Qualifications
- Experience building, engaging, and moderating online communities (e.g., on Discord, Slack, Circle, Facebook Groups, or similar platforms).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to hold clear, compassionate, and professional conversations in public and private channels.
- Background or strong interest in personal development, emotional intelligence, consciousness work, coaching, wellness, or related fields.
- Ability to design and run community initiatives such as challenges, events, live sessions, and feedback surveys, and to measure their impact.
- Comfort working with basic digital tools (community platforms, CRM, project management tools, and analytics dashboards) and learning new software quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive topics with confidentiality, non-judgment, and respect for diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple threads, conversations, and tasks in a fast-moving environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting while collaborating effectively with a small, agile team.
