Key Responsibilities & Requirements:


Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and acquire content creators and brand ambassadors globally for our portfolio of clients (IT & Tech, Lifestyle, FinTech and more).

• Process statistics, negotiate budgets and manage influencer partnerships.

• Create detailed campaign reports, analyze KPIs, and identify optimization opportunities.

• Drive influencer marketing as a performance channel in line with clients' briefs.

• Continuously improve processes and bring in new ideas.

• Collaborate on pitches, strategies, proposals and special projects for clients.

• Maintain full ownership of assigned projects and tasks, ensuring responsible execution independently and in teams.

• Monitor industry trends and implement innovative approaches.


Requirements:

• 2-3+ years of experience in influencer marketing (brand, agency, or platform).

• Experience in performance-driven influencer marketing and social media platforms.

• Experience working with creators, bloggers, and KOLs in IT, tech, software development, and coding is a strong plus.

• Knowledge of budgeting social media campaigns and market pricing.

• Proficiency in influencer tools, databases, and KPI analysis.

• Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.

• Able to work both independently and in teams.

• Strong soft skills and a sense of humor.

• Fluent in English (both spoken and written), any additional language(s) is a plus.

• Degree or practical background in digital marketing, social media marketing, business administration, communication, or PR.
