Motion Graphic Designer

Position Overview

We're looking for a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer to join our marketing team, where bold visuals and cutting-edge 3D content bring our technology to life. You'll own the creation of high-quality 3D visual content and video productions, combining a strong eye for visual storytelling with technical skills across digital marketing, social media, and global campaigns. This role is ideal for someone energized by working in a fast-moving, international team catering to a global audience in Artificial Intelligence, E-commerce, and Retail.

This full-time role is located on-site at our office in Brixen/Bressanone, Italy.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D scenes, renders and animations using Blender
• Produce photorealistic and stylized visual content for marketing, branding, and communication purposes
• Produce and edit short-form and long-form video content for social media and digital marketing initiatives
• Edit video content using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software
• Integrate 3D elements, animations and visual effects into video productions
• Design digital assets including social media posts, stories, banners, thumbnails, presentations, icons and marketing materials
• Create and edit visual content using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Prepare and export files optimized for web, social media and print applications
• This role involves occasional travel to trade shows, conferences, and client events

Requirements:

• Proven professional experience with Blender
• Proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation workflows
• Experience creating professional 3D visual content for commercial, marketing, or branding purposes
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience in video editing using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent software
• Understanding of motion graphics and basic visual effects workflows
• Strong knowledge of visual design principles
• Ability to adapt content for multiple digital and social media platforms
• Professional English proficiency (written and spoken)

Nice-to-Have 

• Knowledge of social media trends, audience engagement and content strategy
• Familiarity with Figma for collaborative design workflows
• Photography, videography or visual storytelling experience
