The Opportunity

As a Senior IFS Business Analyst, you will act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners to ensure the successful delivery of a world-class IFS Cloud solution.

This role combines functional business process expertise with technical understanding, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy solving complex business challenges while remaining closely connected to the technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements

• Partner with business stakeholders to align IFS Cloud functionality with operational objectives
• Support system configuration, optimization, and process improvement initiatives
• Assist with integrations between IFS and third-party applications
• Develop and support reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and lobbies
• Participate in testing activities including SIT, UAT, and end-to-end business process validation
• Support data migration, reconciliation, and validation efforts
• Troubleshoot ERP-related issues involving workflows, reporting, integrations, and configuration
• Create documentation, training materials, and end-user support resources
• Collaborate with implementation partners and internal project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and business process improvements

Required Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on IFS ERP experience
• Strong experience working within IFS Cloud environments
• Previous involvement in ERP implementations, upgrades, or transformation initiatives
• Experience supporting multiple business functions including:
• Finance
• Supply Chain
• Manufacturing
• Projects
• Sales
• Maintenance
