About the Role

Attract Top Talent: You'll be the driving force behind our talent acquisition department, ensuring we bring in the best candidates from around the globe. Your role will encompass the entire recruitment process, from posting vacancies and hunting for candidates to conducting interviews and managing onboarding. You’ll also handle the evaluation of professional skills and soft skills, maintain candidates' progress in our system.


What You Bring

  • Leadership Acquisition: Design and execute sophisticated headhunting strategies to identify, attract, and secure elite, C-level talent.
  • Strategic Advisory: Partner closely with executive stakeholders to define organizational needs, map out role requirements, and provide data-backed market insights.
  • Proactive Pipeline Building: Cultivate a premium network of passive candidates utilizing targeted direct outreach, strategic industry alliances, and professional networks.
  • Candidate Vetting: Conduct rigorous, competency-based interviews to evaluate leadership capabilities, past performance, and long-term cultural alignment.
  • Deal Closing & Integration: Steer the entire closing process, managing complex compensation negotiations and ensuring a seamless transition through to onboarding.
  • Market Position & Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s vision, values, and workplace culture within exclusive professional circles.


What You Will Do

  • Executive Search Background: 5+ years of experience leading high-level leadership recruitment, with a background in either agency settings or corporate in-house teams.
  • Proven Track Record: A documented history of successfully placing senior executives across a variety of business departments and verticals.
  • High-Volume Capability: The ability to thrive and deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment, comfortably managing 5+ active C-suite requisitions at once.
  • Recruitment Tech Power User: Advanced expertise utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and modern Applicant Tracking Systems to optimize the talent pipeline.
  • Language Skills: Native or bilingual English fluency is required; proficiency in French or Spanish is a strong asset.
  • Educational Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or an equivalent discipline.
