Overview

We are seeking an experienced and communication-driven Tech Lead to oversee technical solution reviews, vendor/outsource code verification, and deployment governance. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, offshore development teams, and engineering operations to ensure scalable, secure, and production-ready solutions.

This role requires strong English communication skills, technical leadership capabilities, hands-on code review experience, and familiarity with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS.

Key Responsibilities

·     Review and evaluate technical solutions, architectures, and implementation approaches proposed by internal or outsourced development teams.

·     Verify code quality, security standards, scalability, and deployment readiness before production releases.

·     Lead technical discussions and coordinate effectively with stakeholders, product owners, QA teams, and offshore vendors.

·     Ensure outsourced development deliverables meet business and technical requirements.

·     Conduct code reviews and provide technical recommendations to improve maintainability and performance.

·     Oversee deployment processes, release validation, and production rollout governance.

·     Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to maintain stable CI/CD and deployment practices.

·     Support cloud infrastructure reviews and deployment processes within AWS environments.

·     Identify technical risks and propose practical mitigation strategies.

·     Maintain technical documentation and ensure alignment with engineering best practices.

·     Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and technical planning sessions.

Requirements

Technical Skills

·     Strong experience in technical solution review and system evaluation.

·     Hands-on experience with code reviewing and deployment validation.

·     Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based deployment environments.

·     Understanding of CI/CD workflows and release management processes.

·     Experience working with APIs, backend systems, and software integration projects.

·     Familiarity with Git-based version control workflows.

·     Go (Fiber), or Java.

·     Experience with API gateway tools: Kong, KrakenD, or Express Gateway.

·     Knowledge of real-time communication: Socket.IO, NATS, MQTT, or Redis pub-sub.

·     Familiarity with microservice frameworks: NestJS or Go (microservices).

·     Experience with authentication & authorization: Keycloak (OpenID) + JWT.

·     Experience with databases: PostgreSQL, CockroachDB, or MongoDB.

Soft Skills

·     Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

·     Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination abilities.

·     Ability to work with offshore or outsourced development teams.

·     Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.

·     Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

·     Previous experience in a Tech Lead, Technical Project Lead, or Engineering Lead role.

·     Experience working in international or multicultural environments.

·     Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

·     AWS-related certifications are a plus.

·     Experience in vendor management or outsource governance is highly desirable.
