Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior PHP Developer with strong experience in developing, maintaining, and evolving web applications across both legacy and modern environments.
The selected candidate will contribute to the development of new features, optimization of existing systems, application deployments, and production support activities. This role requires a highly autonomous professional capable of understanding existing architectures, proposing improvements, and ensuring application stability, scalability, and performance.
Responsibilities
Backend Development
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using PHP and Laravel.
- Work across both legacy applications and modern platforms.
- Develop scalable APIs, services, and backend components.
- Implement development best practices, documentation standards, and maintainable code structures.
- Participate in architectural discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong experience with PHP.
- Proven experience working with Laravel.
- Experience maintaining and evolving both legacy and modern applications.
- Advanced knowledge of MySQL and PostgreSQL.
- Experience working with Redis.
- Experience deploying and maintaining production applications.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Docker Compose.
- Solid Linux systems administration knowledge.
- Experience implementing and managing Laravel Queues.
- Experience with RabbitMQ and/or Kafka.
- Ability to work independently with a strong results-oriented mindset.
- English level B2 or higher, with the ability to participate in meetings and understand technical documentation.
