About The Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Video Editor & Motion Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. This role involves hands-on creative work, including editing and animating a wide variety of projects, primarily in 16:9 format for OTT and broadcast platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong traditional craft in video editing and motion design, coupled with a proactive approach to integrating AI and emerging tools into their workflow. As a core member of our creative team, you will work closely with the Creative Director, Head of Production, art directors, and copywriters to produce compelling visual content that aligns with client objectives and brand strategies. Your innovative mindset and technical expertise will help shape the future of our creative offerings, ensuring that our work remains innovative, effective, and cutting-edge.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in video editing and motion design within an agency, studio, or similar creative environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects (mandatory)
• Experience collaborating with Figma for design workflows
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals including typography, layout, composition, and motion principles
• Experience producing assets across multiple formats such as OTT/broadcast spots, digital advertising, long-form content, and social videos
• Proven ability to create videos that communicate effectively both with sound on and off, utilizing captions, kinetic typography, and visual storytelling techniques
• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail throughout the production process

Responsibilities

• Edit video content across various formats, including OTT, broadcast, social, and digital campaigns, from initial concept to final delivery
• Design and produce motion graphics for broadcast, OTT, digital campaigns, and other channels, ensuring clarity whether audio is on or off
• Ensure all deliverables are on-brand, strategically sound, and technically compliant with project specifications
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Head of Production, art directors, and copywriters throughout the creative process
• Present work-in-progress and final assets to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback effectively
• Maintain organized project files and adhere to established delivery standards
• Integrate AI tools and workflows into daily production, sharing insights and experimenting with new technologies to enhance efficiency
• Contribute to the development and evolution of internal video and motion practices as the team and tools expand
• Participate in a fully remote work environment, demonstrating excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
