- Lead, mentor, and scale distributed engineering teams—setting standards for code quality, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and cloud-native architecture.
- Partner with Product and GTM to translate business strategy into technical initiatives, ensuring delivery velocity, technical debt management, and ROI on tech investments.
- Architect and oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), modernizing legacy systems, optimizing costs, and enforcing security, compliance, and SRE best practices.
- Drive innovation by evaluating and adopting emerging technologies (AI/ML, low-code, automation tools) that enhance product capabilities and competitive differentiation.
- Establish engineering KPIs, operational health metrics, and cross-functional accountability to ensure uptime, performance, and developer productivity across the stack.
