Role Description The Vice President of Products at Nivina.vn is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for defining and executing the product vision and roadmap across the company’s crypto analytics platform. This role oversees the entire product lifecycle, from market discovery and concept validation to launch and continuous improvement. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with engineering, data, design, and go-to-market teams to prioritize features, refine requirements, and ensure timely delivery of high-impact product releases. The VP of Products will analyze user data and market feedback to guide product decisions, optimize user experience, and identify new opportunities for growth. The role also involves building and mentoring a high-performing product organization, aligning stakeholders around clear objectives, and representing the product function in strategic planning and executive discussions.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Product Strategy and Product Management, with a track record of owning vision, roadmap, and execution for complex digital products.
- Advanced Analytical Skills, including data-driven decision-making, problem-solving, and the ability to interpret user behavior and market signals.
- Hands-on experience in Product Development, working closely with engineering, data, and design teams to deliver scalable, high-quality features.
- Proven Cross-functional Team Leadership skills, including leading distributed teams, aligning diverse stakeholders, and managing prioritization and trade-offs.
- Extensive experience in SaaS or analytics platforms; familiarity with crypto, DeFi, or blockchain ecosystems is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with capacity to translate complex technical concepts into clear product narratives.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment and to thrive in ambiguity and rapid change.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree or equivalent practical experience is a plus.
