What You'll Own
Frontend Architecture & Engineering
- Architect scalable frontend systems and establish engineering best practices
- Design reusable component libraries and frontend frameworks
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability

Product Development
- Own and ship critical user-facing features from concept through production

Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional frontend engineering experience
- Proven experience building and shipping production-grade software products
- Expert-level proficiency with:
- React
- Next.js
- TypeScript
- Tailwind CSS
- Deep understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimization, and modern development practices
- Experience integrating frontend applications with APIs and distributed systems
- Strong product mindset with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences
- Demonstrated ownership of major product initiatives or technical projects
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Lovable, or similar technologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior founder or founding engineer experience
- Experience building products within AI, machine learning, or developer tooling environments
- Real-time application development experience
- WebRTC, streaming, or video technology experience
- Voice AI application experience
- Generative UI, AI copilots, or agent-based product experience
- Full-stack development capabilities, including Python
- Strong open-source contributions, GitHub portfolio, or notable side projects
