Your Role:
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you'll become a key member of the mechanical project team responsible for delivering complex building services systems across this hyperscale campus.
You'll work closely with project management, field operations, subcontractors, vendors and design consultants to ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest possible standard.
This role provides genuine exposure to every phase of project delivery and offers an outstanding pathway into Project Management.
Key Responsibilities:
You'll support the successful delivery of the mechanical package through:
- Managing RFIs and technical documentation
- Processing Submittals and Shop Drawings
- Procurement and material tracking
- Budget monitoring and cost reporting
- Change Orders and Change Requests
- Coordination with Superintendents and field teams
- Scheduling support
- Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC)
- Vendor and supplier coordination
- Project reporting and forecasting
- Mechanical project close-out
