About the Role

We are looking for a driven, bilingual Director of Recruiting based in Buenos Aires to lead caregiver recruitment efforts on behalf of our U.S.-based home care agency clients. This is a fully remote, high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment and understands the nuances of healthcare workforce recruitment.


What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end caregiver recruiting for multiple home care agency clients across U.S. markets
  • Source, screen, and pipeline qualified caregivers using job boards, social media, and community outreach
  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to reduce time-to-fill
  • Develop and refine recruiting strategies tailored to each client market
  • Track recruiting KPIs and report performance metrics to agency stakeholders
  • Collaborate with CareStacker's scheduling and intake teams for seamless onboarding handoffs


Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field required
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) a plus but not required

Experience

  • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in home care, healthcare staffing, or a related caregiving sector
  • Proven track record sourcing and placing high-volume caregiving roles (HHA, CNA, PCA, DSP, or similar)
  • Experience managing recruiting pipelines for multiple clients or locations simultaneously
  • Familiarity with U.S.-based home care agency operations, compliance standards, and caregiver onboarding requirements strongly preferred
  • Prior experience working remotely for a U.S.-based employer is a significant plus

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (Workable, Greenhouse, Jobvite, or similar)
  • Experience posting and sourcing candidates on Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and Facebook Jobs
  • Comfortable working in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Familiarity with home care platforms (AxisCare, ClearCare, HHAeXchange) is a bonus

Language & Communication

  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish — written and spoken — required
  • Ability to communicate professionally with U.S.-based agency clients and candidates at all levels
  • Strong written communication skills for job postings, candidate outreach, and client reporting
