Senior IT Systems & Cloud Administrator
Position Overview
AmeriCorp International is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior IT Systems & Cloud Administrator to join our growing IT team. This role will be responsible for managing, securing, and optimizing our cloud infrastructure, endpoint ecosystem, identity platforms, and enterprise SaaS applications across a global organization.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience supporting distributed and remote workforces across Windows and macOS environments and possesses a strong background in cloud administration, cybersecurity, endpoint management, identity governance, and enterprise systems support.
You will play a critical role in maintaining a secure, scalable, and high-performing IT environment while enabling business growth, operational excellence, and technology innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Cloud & Identity Management
* Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
* Configure and enforce Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access policies, and Identity Governance controls.
* Manage user provisioning, role-based access controls, group policies, and secure authentication workflows.
* Monitor identity security, access compliance, and privileged account management across the organization.
Endpoint & Security Administration
* Deploy, configure, and manage Windows and macOS devices through Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM).
* Maintain endpoint compliance, security baselines, patch management, and device lifecycle processes.
* Administer Microsoft Defender, ESET Protect, and secure remote access solutions such as NordLayer.
* Monitor, investigate, and remediate security incidents, vulnerabilities, and endpoint threats.
User Lifecycle & Technical Support
* Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning.
* Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for a globally distributed workforce.
* Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, endpoint, cloud, and SaaS-related issues.
* Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and support procedures.
SaaS & Cloud Platform Administration
* Manage and support enterprise platforms including:
* Microsoft 365
* AWS
* Salesforce
* GitHub
* Slack

* Maintain infrastructure documentation, system inventories, and operational procedures.
* Support business continuity, backup, and disaster recovery initiatives.
Security & Compliance
* Implement and maintain IT security best practices and standards.
* Monitor endpoint activity and compliance tools such as Teramind.
* Participate in audits, risk assessments, and security improvement initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry security standards.
Collaboration & Process Improvement
* Partner with cross-functional teams to support business operations and technology initiatives.
* Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.
* Contribute to IT strategy, standardization, and process optimization efforts.
* Assist in evaluating emerging technologies and recommending scalable solutions.
