About Studeo
Studeo (https://studeo.ai) is an A.I. driven interactive storytelling platform that empowers marketers with the ability to create mesmerizing, interactive story-based content across a variety of verticals. Our clients use our platform to redefine their brand experiences, build audiences, and power their marketing ROI with a compelling value proposition for their end customers. At Studeo, we are passionate about our customers' success. It's not just a job for us, it's our mission. We're revolutionizing the experience of online content, and we're doing it by putting the customer at the heart of our business.
But the platform is only half the story. Behind it runs a revenue engine — an AI-instrumented machine of voice SDR agents, automated lead research, intent-signal pipelines, and a CRM that ties it all together. We're looking for the person to own that machine, and to make it smarter.
Are you a RevOps pro who'd rather build the system than just run it?
Are you the kind of RevOps operator who has never been content just administering a CRM — someone who looks at a five-step manual process and can't stop thinking about how to automate four of the steps and document the fifth?
Does the thought of owning an entire revenue engine — HubSpot end to end, plus the Clay enrichment and n8n pipelines that feed it — and then engineering it to new heights get you genuinely excited?
Do you love the craft of a clean, well-instrumented system as much as you love building the automation that powers it? Do you find real satisfaction in a machine that hums — and mild discomfort in one that's held together with tape?
If that sounds like you, read on.
The role
For years, our revenue operations have been carried by one exceptional operator — someone who is both a deep HubSpot RevOps expert and a genuine GTM engineer. She doesn't just administer the CRM; she builds the cross-system automation that feeds it: the Clay tables, the n8n workflows, the AI lead-research agents, the intent-signal pipelines that flow from our voice AI and session analytics straight back into HubSpot. She's moving on to her next chapter, and we're looking for that same rare combination — with even more weight on the engineering side.
To be clear: this is not a HubSpot-admin seat. The CRM is the foundation you'll own and master, but a huge part of this job lives one layer out — in Clay, in n8n, in webhooks and APIs and the glue that connects our entire go-to-market stack. We've bootstrapped our way to a multi-million-dollar business over 10+ years, and we've built an unusual amount of AI into how we sell. While the world is just waking up to AI, we've been living it and shipping it for a decade. You'll be the person who keeps that revenue machine running flawlessly — and who extends it.
You'll work directly with the founders and the sales and customer success leads, with complete support and an enormous amount of ownership. We move fast, but we're smart about it.
Desired Skills and Experience
This is a dynamic, technical role that sits right at the seam between Revenue Operations and GTM Engineering. You'll be accountable for the integrity and the evolution of the entire revenue system. Along the way, you'll have demonstrated expertise in:

Deep HubSpot RevOps Mastery: You don't just use HubSpot — you've architected it. You've built complex, branching workflow logic and multi-step automations with deliberate enrollment rules. You've designed lifecycle stages, lead-status logic, properties, deal pipelines, and attribution reporting. You've inherited a CRM that someone else tangled and methodically untangled it. This is your home turf, and it's the non-negotiable foundation everything else is built on.
A GTM Engineer's Toolkit — Clay and n8n: You build. You've created Clay tables with real enrichment waterfalls, AI columns, API calls, and write-backs into a CRM — and you can show us one you're proud of. You're genuinely fluent in n8n: webhooks, branching, error handling, and the patience to debug a flow that's misbehaving — not just triggering a simple Zap. You think in event-driven pipelines, and you treat the CRM, the enrichment layer, and the automation layer as one connected machine. This is as essential to us as the HubSpot depth — it's the part of the job we want more of, not less.
An Engineer's Instinct for Edge Cases: You reason about failure modes before they bite. When you build a process, you build the safety net for the case that "shouldn't" happen — because you know it eventually will. You're relentlessly detail-oriented, logical, analytical, and organized. You're the kind of person who can be genuinely counted on to do a thorough, diligent job on anything you touch, and who sweats the details everyone else misses.
Data and API Fluency: You're comfortable reading API docs, understanding JSON, and mapping fields between systems. You reason clearly about how data moves and where it breaks. Some scripting ability — or a real eagerness to grow it — is a strong plus. You see data as the foundation of every good decision, and you arm yourself with it.
A Builder's Documentation Discipline: You treat process docs as load-bearing, not as an afterthought. You write clear, durable runbooks so the system survives any one person — including you. The institutional knowledge lives in the system and on the page, because you put it there.
Bonus points if you've wired up voice AI (Retell, ElevenLabs) into a sales motion, worked with PostHog, Kixie or similar diallers, cold-email infrastructure like Instantly, or come from a real estate or B2B SaaS background. These aren't requirements — the combination above is what matters — but they'll make your ramp faster.
What we'd like to see in our ideal candidate
You thrive equally in the HubSpot workflow editor, the Clay table, and the n8n canvas — and you see all three as parts of one machine. You're inventive and resourceful, and you can turn an idea into a working pipeline quickly.
You love to learn — about your craft and about your own development. Our stack evolves fast, and you're excited to grow the technical, GTM-engineering side of your skills over time.
You believe in collaboration and in building authentic, trusted relationships with your peers in sales, customer success, and marketing. You'd rather be trusted with a lot than micromanaged with a little, and you take real ownership of your outcomes.
You enjoy the operational challenge of setting clear priorities in an environment where there's always more that could be done — and you're disciplined about focusing on what moves the needle.
What success looks like
In your first weeks, you'll have read every process doc we have, mapped our HubSpot workflows and the Clay and n8n pipelines that feed them, and you'll be able to confidently answer "why is this lead in this stage, in this list?" Within a few months, you'll own the revenue engine end to end — nothing breaks silently on your watch, and when something does break, you find it and fix it. By the end of your first year, you'll have measurably extended the machine: new GTM-engineering infrastructure, cleaner attribution, more of the manual work automated. The whole system will be more capable and better instrumented than the day you arrived.
