Senior Product Manager - AI Agent Infrastructure

About the Job:

Open Ingress is building the foundational infrastructure that enables AI agents to seamlessly interact with the modern web. We bridge the gap between complex human interfaces and machine-operable workflows, ensuring that agentic software can navigate, understand, and execute tasks across the digital ecosystem with unprecedented reliability.

You will collaborate directly with our engineering teams, core customers, and AI partner ecosystems to define the roadmap for our agentic web infrastructure. You will translate complex web-scraping, automation, and AI execution challenges into scalable product strategies, standard APIs, and developer-centric features that empower the next generation of AI agents.

What you'll do:

• Define Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own the product lifecycle for core components of our web-interaction infrastructure, aligning technical capabilities with market demands for enterprise agent deployment.

• Translate Field Insights to Requirements: Partner with customer-facing teams to deeply understand where AI agents fail in production, transforming those messy, real-world edge cases into concrete product specs, feature sets, and standardized API improvements.
• Drive Developer Experience & Tooling: Champion the needs of external developers and enterprise clients building on top of Open Ingress, prioritizing intuitive developer interfaces, clear evaluation benchmarks, and self-serve diagnostic tools.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate daily with engineering, data science, and design to ship robust infrastructure upgrades, managing scope and balancing rapid feature iteration with platform stability.

What we're looking for:

• Technical Product Management Expertise: Strong background managing API-first products, developer tools, or highly technical infrastructure (experience with browser automation, LLMs, web scraping, or semantic data is a major plus).

Location & Leveling: This is a fully remote position. We are open to hiring across multiple experience levels (from mid-level to Principal), with final leveling and compensation scaled to match your specific qualifications and technical background.
