Job Description:

The Global Graduate Programme – A Fast-Track to Leadership

The Sibelco Global Graduate Programme is designed to accelerate the careers of promising individuals. It is a two-year rotational programme consisting of two one-year assignments in key operational and commercial roles.

Participants are offered a permanent contract from the start, ensuring long-term career prospects within Sibelco.

In addition, graduates must be open to spending their second year in a different cluster outside of their initial region.

Your Impact in This Role

This assignment focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities beyond traditional product sales.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting market, customer, and internal capability analyses to identify new business opportunities
• Identifying unmet customer needs and commercial or operational gaps
• Benchmarking internal and external best practices
• Developing business concepts, including value proposition, feasibility, risks, and scalability
• Building business cases and implementation roadmaps
• Supporting the design and execution of pilot initiatives
• Collaborating with Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain teams
  
  

What You Bring to the Table

• Degree in business, engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of financial concepts such as cost structures and business cases
• Ability to work with data (Excel, PowerPoint; analytical tools are a plus)
• Interest in strategy, business model innovation, and commercial development
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive mindset and ability to work independently
• Fluent English; Polish is a strong advantage
• Willingness to travel (up to 30%)
