About the Role

OnSocial is hiring a Senior Paid Media Executive to work directly with the Head of Paid Media on day-to-day delivery across three to five live client accounts. This is an execution-first role focused on building, optimising, monitoring, and managing paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant channels.


Responsibilities

  • Run day-to-day campaign execution across paid search and paid social platforms.
  • Build, optimise, and monitor campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Manage audience updates, budget management, and platform-level adjustments.
  • Set up campaigns end-to-end, including ad builds, copy QA, creative coordination, audience segmentation, and launch.
  • Monitor performance daily and make changes to hit targets.
  • Support client reporting by pulling data, spotting trends, and flagging issues early.
  • Coordinate with clients and the internal team to keep assets and timelines moving.
  • Maintain campaign trackers, naming conventions, and account hygiene.


Qualifications

  • Solid hands-on experience running paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Genuine account ownership on at least one platform, not just supporting from the sidelines.
  • Comfortable building campaigns from scratch without needing step-by-step guidance.
  • Strong understanding of paid media KPIs, including CPM, CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
  • Able to read account data and form a clear view of what is working, what is not, and what needs to change.
  • Able to distinguish between performance problems and creative problems.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable communicating campaign updates clearly.
  • Comfortable using AI to work faster and improve output quality.

  • Experience with events, hospitality, festival, or entertainment accounts.
