As Lead Product Designer at JustPlay, you’ll shape the design vision and elevate our product design function. Job requirements
- 5+ years’ experience leading a mobile product design team, ideally within entertainment or gaming
- Experience scaling or refining established design teams and processes
- A portfolio showcasing impactful mobile design work
- Proven expertise in gamification and user engagement
- Expert proficiency in Figma
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to craft
- Background in loyalty or rewards platforms
