This is a fully remote position for candidates based in Egypt with proven experience serving Saudi and GCC clients.

# Key Responsibilities
* Design and produce motion graphics content for social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
* Create animated explainers that simplify accounting, financial, HR, ERP, and business-related concepts for B2B audiences.
* Produce short-form marketing videos, promotional campaigns, product demonstrations, customer success stories, and educational content.
* Edit raw video footage and transform it into engaging, high-performing marketing assets.
* Animate Arabic and English typography professionally while maintaining readability and visual appeal.
* Develop storyboards, animation concepts, and visual narratives before production.
* Manage the entire motion graphics workflow from concept creation through final export.
* Optimize content for different formats, resolutions, and platform requirements.
* Collaborate closely with Content Creators, Graphic Designers, and Marketing Specialists to deliver integrated campaigns.
* Maintain consistency with Mizan's visual identity and brand guidelines.
* Contribute creative ideas that improve engagement, reach, and campaign performance.
* Stay updated with emerging motion design trends, AI creative tools, and social media content best practices.

# Required Qualifications
* 3–7 years of professional experience in Motion Graphics, Animation, or Video Production.
* Strong Showreel / Portfolio is mandatory.
* Proven experience producing content for the Saudi Arabian and GCC markets (Required).
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
* Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
