Freelance IT Recruiter - Gaming, Blockchain, Cyber Security

We’re looking for an experienced Freelance IT Recruiter to join our network and support ongoing hiring projects for international clients in the Gaming / iGaming, Cyber Security, and Blockchain / Web3 industries.

Your goal will be to identify, attract, and engage top IT talent — both for remote and relocation-based roles.

Success in this role means matching the right talent with the right project, maintaining transparent communication, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.

You’ll work independently in a flexible freelance setup — with full operational support, clear collaboration terms, and open communication with our team.

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and pre-screening processes for IT positions (junior to senior level).
• Analyze client requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
• Conduct interviews in English and Polish (or English only for global roles).
• Collaborate closely with project teams and provide regular recruitment updates.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience at every stage.
• Use modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, ATS, GitHub, Monday, etc.).

• 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Solid understanding of tech roles (software development, data, cloud, security, DevOps, etc.).
• Proven ability to source candidates globally and manage international pipelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English (B2/C1) – required.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented.
• Professional, ethical, and transparent approach to recruitment.
