Senior SEO Lead / Head of SEO

A Senior SEO Lead is required to join a fast-growing iGaming business based in Malta, operating across multiple international markets. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-traffic online platform, driving organic growth and shaping SEO strategy within a performance-led environment.

This role is open to EU candidates who would like to relocate to Malta and assistance is provided by the company.

You will play a key role in scaling visibility, traffic and engagement, using a combination of technical SEO, content strategy and data-led optimisation. Working within a dynamic and entrepreneurial team, you’ll have the autonomy to test new ideas and directly impact business performance.

As a Senior SEO Lead, you will own the end-to-end SEO strategy for a core digital product, identifying growth opportunities and delivering measurable improvements across rankings, traffic and user experience. You’ll combine technical expertise with market insight to strengthen site authority and maximise organic performance.

Requirements:

• Strong experience across all areas of SEO, including technical optimisation, content strategy and link building
• Experience developing and executing SEO strategies aligned to business goals and market trends
• Good understanding of website architecture, performance and technical SEO principles
• Must have experience in Parasite SEO strategies
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics and Search Console
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure success

• Experience within iGaming or SportsTech or Sport Betting or similar
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English

They are offering a salary of EUR 70,000 - 80,000 plus bonuses and great benefits. The role is based full time in their office initially, with the opportunity to move to hybrid working in the future.
